Are all items in an order always shipped together?

Yes, an order is always shipped only once all products are ready. This helps avoid additional shipping costs and transport routes, which also reduces environmental impact.

Exception: Posters and canvas products are shipped separately.

What are the delivery times?

For deliveries within the DACH region and the EU, delivery usually takes around 3–5 business days.

International deliveries usually take 5–7 business days, depending on customs processing.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes, you will automatically receive a tracking number for your package.

What happens if the order is lost during shipping?

Untracked shipments will be resent directly by us. For parcels, we submit an investigation request and wait for the carrier's response.

Can express shipping be requested?

No, express shipping or priority processing is not available.

What happens if the recipient's address is incorrect?
  • Before shipping the address can still be changed. Please contact us at care@pawandsoul.eu.
  • After shipping the address can no longer be changed.
Can I return personalized products?

Personalized products are excluded from exchange and return.
